Can anyone tell me what this is? (Pic included)

I saw this yesterday afternoon on my inner thigh, it doesn’t hurt (only uncomfortable when walking as it rubs on my other thigh) it’s not too hot to touch, it isn’t itchy. I’m not sure if it’s a bite/boil or something else, and whether I need it seen to? It has slight redness around it, but that hasn’t got bigger since yesterday. Please be gentle with me I suffer with health anxiety

It doesn’t look like anything to worry about; looks like an insect bite. I would take an anti-histamine and rub some after-bite treatment like anti-san on it.
