Hi, I have just switched my baby to SMA anti reflux as I think he cannot tolerate the carob bean gum thickener in HiPP AR, as he was pooing 8/10 a day. Since the switch he now only goes once a day and is putting on weight! However, his poos are a very dark green and runny, I have been giving SMA for 5 days now. Has this happened to anyone else and if so did they go back to normal yellow and when? I have asked the GP and they say it’s normal but I’m not convinced….
