How do you do your housework and wash and dry clothes if you suffer from hayfever and allergies?
thanks

What are the allergies?

All laundry goes through the dryer to reduce pollen levels. If dried outside, I run it in the dryer for 20/ 30 mins afterwards on a cool cycle.

I’d concentrate on relieving the allergy first and foremost. Do you use a nasal spray? For me it was, and is, life changing. I wish I’d persevered with it at a younger age.
