Hi there

my 18 months old ds is getting his eye teeth. They are taking forever to come down. Anyway, what seems to be happening is that he has a couple of weeks where he is fine then all of a sudden the teething starts again (rash around the chin, red cheeks, not eating, runny nappies) He also develops a terrible cough which wakes him up at night and which is persistant thoughout the day. The doctor has given him an inhalor for asthma also and it all just gets worse with the teething, and the wheezing is awful to hear. Is there any good natural remedies out there or do you just use the inhalor coupled with calpol?

Thanks

I put something under the mattress to raise the head end, if central heating is on I put a small bowl of water on radiator.

Have tried natural remedies and have had no affect.

thanks sunshine, had to take him to the doc in the end and he needed to go on steroids to clear up the inflamation. Will try the water or look getting a nebulizer thing for the future.
