Could this be CMPA/mucus in poo? Picture warning

My 6 week old’s symptoms are;
-regular poos particularly at night
-very unsettled, arching back
-reflux with spit up every time we lay her down
-nasal/congestion
-picture of poo for reference, is it mucus?
-occasional wheeze/apnea

The HV mentioned mucus in poo on Tuesday and I though there hadn’t been but on closer inspection now, I this there is. DH feels like she’s fine and just going through normal development but I think he’s trying to make me feel better. She’s BF with occasional formula but I’m going to stop that now as not needed. She’s 76%ikr and gaining weight. Largely happy in herself but occasional outbursts due to digestion/wind which can be inconsolable

were away for the next few days so can’t see our usual HV or GP 😥

Does this sound normal as per DH or cause for concern?

Hi, I am going through pretty much the same now, can I ask how your little one turned out? Thanks
