For anyone who has suffered from pityriasis rosea what creams did you use to stop the itching, im talking antihistamine but the itching is driving me crazy, it's telling me not to use cream like eurax or e45 itch relief as it could make the rash worse. But I need some sort of relief. Appreciate any recommendations. I'm also using a hydrocortisone 1% on the really itchy bits which helps for a bit.
