Not sure what this is but please help!

I have hay fever, allergies based on the seasons, recently I’ve developed this on my kneecaps and I’m not sure what they are. It’s been days if not weeks that have passed and they’re still here. Please tell me what they are and how to get rid of them!🙏

What makes you think Its related to hay fever?
is it causing any pain? And does it feel like any fluid is there in the knee cap? I can’t tell if it’s swollen or not.

Idk but I’ve been having allergies due to the season change and I think it’s around the same time it started showing up on my knees. It doesn’t hurt and no fluid I think, it’s a red area with bumps that have been there for a while when I thought it would go away after a few days which it didn’t :(

That could be psoriasis if it’s dry and flakey
