Baby stops drinking after 1/2oz and starts grunting and moaning

Hi, anyone else's dc go through anything similar? My ds stops drinking after 1/2oz and seems like he's in pain. Hes been given omeprazol for reflux as he is constantly gagging and choking/swallowing. Any advice please as I've changed milk a few times but nothing seems to be helping

Are you paced feeding or feeding them lying down?

Yeah I pace feed, I keep him upright, burp him frequently but nothing helps

is he on the correct teat size? x

Yeah I changed teat size because I add carobel to thicken his milk but even with the smaller teat sizes he does that :(
