Milk Ladder Book

Can anyone please recommend a book in regards to the milk ladder? My son has a CMPA and Soy allergy and I’d like a book to read to help me start the process now he’s over 1. Preferably one that’s an audio book so I can listen in the way to and from work!

I appreciate your advice! I’m sorry if this has been covered before, I’m new to mumsnet and I might be a bit daft at looking things up.

Usually you do the milk ladder with the Support of a Paediatric Dietician or a Paediatrician. Are they talking you through what to do and what to look out for?

It's all online. DDs paediatrician told me to do the egg ladder and to get it online. I found it with a step by step guide.

It's really simple, you don't need a book really. Pediatric dietitian should have given you the ladder and you just start at the bottom. Tiny crumbs of biscuit or cakes at first iirc. And if he doesn't react then you keep going up.

No, we’ve never been given a dietician appointment. They just said that the health visitors don’t offer that service any more.
