Constant Spit-Up With Neocate

My 3mo had suspected CMPA, was on Aptamil Pepti for 5 weeks and is now on Neocate. He started this just over a week ago and he's constantly got spit-up to the point his clothes are soaked. He also gets really aggressive hiccups for about 20/30 minutes at a time. I read that this can be common when babies start Neocate but should it have settled down by now?

Persevered with Neocate and things settled after a while. He’s now a year and a half and I give him the Alpro Growing up milk now which seem best for him.
