Baby’s skin

My baby for the past two months have been suffering from skin rashes on and off. She has CMPA and very sensitive skin. She is now on amino acid milk, and has started to wean. I have changed all detergent, clothing to cotton, you name it. However, she is still really suffering and pulling constantly at the back of her head & ear. I have noticed she is teething and has dribble rash. Has anyone had the experience of baby having skin rashes (not dribble rash) on cheeks and head around the time of teething? I know some babies do have strange symptoms! And need to get to the bottom of her skin flare ups. I know she does have other allergies but it seems especially bad at the moment. Any other stories or experiences would be really helpful! As it is really starting to affect my mental health & knowing what to do to help her!

I think mine has the same, he struggled with eczema since birth, but for the past couple of weeks also has a rash on his head, face and neck/behind the ears which seems to itch :( A lot of drooling for a long time now and chewing fists.
Called GP but they weren’t helpful, just said to use emollient but not to worry because he’s well otherwise. I specifically asked if there is anything to help with the itching but they said no.
