My little one got diagnosed with CMPA around 4 months old and started on aptamil pepti 1. Feeds have been a constant struggle since before and after diagnosis.

Baby varying between 23-30oz per day at 6 months old. A 30oz day is rare. Baby putting weight on however has dropped 3 centiles for weight since birth, but height remains at the 90th centile. 6+ soaking wet nappies daily.

I had a baby diagnosed with cmpa 15yrs ago, so it was quite a long time ago!

How old is your baby? I wouldn't worry too much about the weight as long as there are gains alongside frequent nappy output.

What advice are you looking for? We found lots of information online, he was breastfed but did have a small amount formula, which was prescribed by the GP. We found dairy based products were disguised, but I hope that allergies are much more evident on packaging. He did outgrow the allergy by 3, and we tested the milk ladder from around 18m old.

This formula is contains dairy just partially broken down. It might be that this is still enough for residual symptoms and s completely dairy free formula is needed such as neonate or alfamino
