Toddler rash

Hello, I just wondered if anybody might be able to help me understand what's causing this rash on my daughter's face. She's nearly two. It flares up in different places around her mouth, after she's eaten certain foods. However, what's baffling me is that she could go weeks eating the same food and be completely fine, but then one day she'll eat the identical food and it appears. I've been keeping a food diary and it seems to happen with hard cheese, cheddar cheese, mayonnaise and ketchup. Tonight, she had some mayonnaise that she's eaten several times before, from the same bottle and been fine, but it came up in three different places on her face. She eats dairy products

That's a bit of a conundrum isn't it? Hmm

Do you wipe her face afterwards and if so, what do you use?

I second the thing about face wiping - my son got a rash with certain brands of wipes. Mainly strawberry ones, although no reactions to strawberries at all.
