Kendamil Green Poop?

Hi Mums!

My little boy is nearly 12 weeks.

Since birth he was extremely fussy. Cried 90% of the time, constipated or loose stool, foul smelling gas and back arching.

At 4 weeks we went onto omeprazole, two weeks later there was no improvement so i asked to try a hypoallergenic formula. We did about 6 weeks on the formula and 8 weeks on omeprazole before Peads changed us to Lansoprazole.

The hypoallergenic formula was not helping reflux, so HV suggested doing a formula challenge. This was successful and now back on kendamil.

Pain symptoms are much more controlled, Colic has eased but we are now having consistent green poop which smells foul and gas(For about a month now).

He is more settled than he has ever been, HV has suggested giving one more week to see if it settles but we may need to switch formula.

Anybody had any experience with green poop using either Kendamil or Lansoprazole? I am reluctant to change anything as he has only just become a smiley baby and the last couple of evenings the colic is getting so much less intense.

No obvious skin rashes, bit of baby acne but very mild! Still sick on all feeds but lansoprazole seems to have helped the pain significantly. Prior to the last couple of days, colic like clock work 7-11pm.

Is it regular kendamil or a comfort version?

My grandson has reflux; we found Kendamil Organic and Gavisgon Infant helped a lot. He also had green poop.

Could you try a comfort formula?
