IBS D- help!!

What has helped please? I’m really struggling with IBS D & the urgency to go to the toilet. Has anyone found anything that helps with it please? I’m desperate.

Hi, hoping someone with better advice comes along! Sorry I’m not much help but the only thing that helps me at all is plenty of Imodium, including using it as a preventative. The only time my ibs has been a non issue is when stress and anxiety have been very low, which is rare for me unfortunately!
