Milk ladder, bladder issues?

Hey everyone. My son is 3 in March and has always been intolerant to milk and soya. No rashes or anything just bad tummy/ diarrhoea. We decided to start the milk ladder as chances are he will have grown out of it now.

We’ve done a week of malted milk starting at a half then to one whole. Hes done great with solid poo and no stomach ache, however this morning we’ve just started to question if some other things that have been going on are symptoms.

Hes been potty trained since August, with no issues really and suddenly this week he’s been having accidents, on one day we had 3. And he has been very hyperactive, noticeably much more of a handful than usual.

We’re going to stop for a week anyway and see how he responds but just wondered if anyone else out there has had the same?

We have had behavioural changes in response to food ladders. We thought we were doing well with the egg ladder but she became unbearable. We stopped it because we didn't want to add to our load and she was so much better in a week and back to normal in two.
I think I would stop for a few weeks and start again much slower. I'd start with no more a 1/4 of a biscuit preferably 1/8 and a full week each portion size and see how you go then. My daughter is very sensitive and we start with a crumb then grain of rice a couple of times a week and that can be enough for her to have a reaction - hers are delayed allergies so usually gets the digestive symptoms
