Baby wipes

I been using pampers baby wipes and when I wipe her face it goes red, only lasts about 10 mins then bk to normal, I'm unsure if it's a reaction or cause the wipes are really cold

Probably more that their skin is sensitive when little rather than an allergy. If there a rash or hives then could be allergy but if just red maybe try just water and a cloth or a different brand. My dd2 has a lot of allergies but never reacted to Aldi wipes 😁

If use a cloth and sone warm water too and see if his skin stops reacting.
