Sma alfamino help please

My baby has been given sma alfamino I have 2 issues with it just wondered if anybody else has experienced the same
1- my baby is always so hungry on this milk

1. My baby always sicks up even when winded maybe a silent reflux as more clear ish that actual sick

Any help would be much appreciated

Silent reflux will the answer to both!

Silent reflux causes overfeeding, during one relapse in reflux symptoms my daughter went from having 3-8 Oz overnight to 25+Oz and desperate to more like she hadn't been fed in a week.

Are you thickening it? It's thinner than regular milk so often needs a thickener. It might mean they need some reflux treatment too. My daughter has reflux in addition to her allergies and was on omperazole and domperidone in addition to alfamino with infant gaviscon
