Worth getting tested

I am constantly sneezing and blocked up throughout, no matter the time of year.
Is it worth getting tested for allergies. My partner is insisting!

Rather than testing have you tried reducing allergens one by one?

I'd start with House Mite Dust, so hoover your bedroom and the mattress, wash bedding at 60, freeze any cushions it soft toys. If that helps think about swapping carpet in there for wooden flooring. Sleeping with the window open and airing the bed each day helps too. There's some useful information on Hiuse Mite Dust here

If none of that helps try going DF for a month as around one in ten people have CMPA.
