Is this a possible allergy?

Hiya! So I have a 10 month old son and he’s had this on his cheeks for about a month or so, I just thought it was baby acne but I’ve been using baby lotion on his skin to see if it helps and it’s not cleared up at all. Any ideas would be great! TIA

You'll have more chance to know if you eliminate certain foods. If he had dairy milk, could you cut that out for a week to see if it improves? If not then try cutting other regular foods.

Is the rash itchy, hot, sore upsetting to him? Does he flare up with runny eyes/swelling elsewhere in the face? Do you have animals? Is it different in summer?
