I haven't. I initially managed mine with a low histamine diet. I had 2 non immune anaphylaxis before I was diagnosed due to histamine on food. I have since been put on a medication that also works as an antihistamine and that has helped a lot.

For me the biggest triggers are foods that are kept warm. I can't have pies or gravy when eating out and I can't eat ready meals and some times struggle with takeaways. Avoiding packaged foods and starting with whole foods helps. My daughter has a lot of food allergies and I need to one cook whole foods for her and I find myself having less issues. The only time I have reactions now is if I have eaten out in a big chain restaurant. Nowadays my reactions are to be violently sick about 6h after eating out rather than the pseudo allergic reactions

I generally avoid supplements but this is due to my mental health which is sensitive to meds and supplements

Thanks for this, Super. I’m at the stage of wondering if histamines are my issue. I think I will start by cutting down/out some foods and see if improve
