bought it for the calcium content (issues with milk) but not keen on the really strong taste. We don't really do smoothies, although I may try it in one. Anyone any suggestions?

We use it in flapjacks, and in gingerbread, and also a dollop in homemade baked beans is nice.

My vegan friend dissolves a spoonful in warm soya/oat milk as a drink, which is not bad (I know what you mean about the strong taste!)

Flapjacks and gingerbread and a rather delicious moist gingercake here too.

Now my mouth is watering
