DD is over 1yr and on hydrolized formula milk due to cows milk allergy do i still need to sterilise her bottles??

I'd say no. I think 6 months is the recommended time? According to the hygienne hypothesis for allergies you can be too clean

No, just wash them well.

I would also say no, i think that hot soapy water or the dishwasher are perfectly ok to wash bottles.
