Help / advise with skin condition

Hi, I'm looking for advise on how to calm my 1.5yr old's skin rash.

The doctor couldn't define exactly what it was. I suggested perioral dermatitis, as it looks similar to my searches, she said it might be and gave us some liquid anti-histamine, which hasn't helped.

We thought it might be irritation from his dummy, or possibly a food allergy or flouride allergy. But cutting these things out hasn't helped.

If anyone knows what it might be and/or what might help to get rid of it, it'd be much appreciated.

It doesn't seem to bother him a great deal. Sometimes he rubs his mouth / face.
Today it looks like it's spread to his eye lids, poor chap :(

Thanks

For eczema type rashes generally, you could try moving to non-bio unscented washing powder, no fabric softener, unscented everything else. Don't use wipes, use water and reusable face clothes. Moisturise after wiping his skin, the baby Aveeno range is one that many people find helps.

My DS had a similar rash at that age which was caused by lactose intolerance. Took several weeks of dairy free for the rash to die down.

For dermatitis and dry skin, try ALLERGOAnti-scratch Emollient Balm from A-DERMAEXOMEGA.
It is suitable for babies and all ages, an absolutely amazing product which repairs/heals dry skin very quickly. It is dermatologist recommended (I was diagnosed with dermatitis recently and since I started using this cream [only a week now], my skin is almost back to its soft, smooth feel).
Let me know how it goes?
