Sun cream for eczema

Really need some help. We went away last August and my son 8 had terrible eczema while we were away and the sun cream seemed to be the cause. We ended up getting hydrocortizone and a sun cream which was not as bad. We are going away in three weeks so it is not as hot but I at a loss what to use. Can the Dr prescribe anything for him or can I get anything abroad? Or even in the uk! (Spain).
We rinse off after the pool, avoid the direct heat but it always flares up. Any recommendations. It will have to be a mineral based one as these irritate less.

The best one I've tried is Ultrasun. It's not mineral based but it's the only one that doesn't irritate my skin. I used it daily on a 2 week holiday last year and not a single flare up.

We use delph suncream the only thing that we found doesn't cause a reaction.

My son has eczema and Ultrasun is the best one we've found for his skin.

I was also going to say Ultrasun as I know someone with skin issues and gets this. You may also have luck with Altruist-I’ve used it for years and really like it. Developed by a dermatologist designed for sensitive skin. It absorbs really well which is what I like about it. I get it from Amazon and it’s not expensive.

Ultrasun sometimes triggers my eczema. The only one that consistently doesn't is la Roche posay. I used to be able to get it on prescription (as it is pricey) but I think they stopped that. Sometimes Boots or on line beauty websites have offers on. I think last time I got it, Look Fantastic had 20% off.,
