Tummy aches

My daughter (aged 6) has been complaining of a tummy ache for the last few months. It doesn't disturb her sleep or eating etc.

I have taken her to the docs and he can feel any constipation (she used to have an ongoing issue with it) and has says she looks healthy.

I'm now wondering if it could be food related or perhaps phycological? it isn't at any particular time of day e.g before school so unsure really!

Has anyone gone through this or has any advice? Thanks!

My DD started with tummy aches at around this time. I think hers was anxiety.

My DS used to complain of tummy ache around the age of 3. No loss of appetite or any other symptoms. As he got closer to 4 we realised it was lower down in the bowel. Finally deduced he has a wheat intolerance. (Tested negative for coeliac)
We cut right back on wheat and hasn't had the same tummy pain since.

Not saying its wheat, but could well be some kind of food sensitivity
