My daughter has a dairy and soya allergy. I thought this would be the best place to post. Please can I have a list in what I can eat. I'm a chocoholic. Vegan bourbons aren't doing it anymore. And any nice meals. Meat and veg ideas.

Tia 😊

I've got CMPA and I'm allergic to Soya although I'm not too fussy over eating soya as my reaction isn't too bad.

Have you tried this chocolate from ASDA, I love it but I know that some people don't like minty chocolate.

Lidl's own make Mayo is DF and SF. I make these fajitas sometimes but substitute the crème fraiche for mayo.

Spag Bol is an easy one too.

Have a look on Gousto at Harissa and Honey Salmon. That's a very quick DF & SF meal abd very tasty.

I've been cooking a lot of longevity soup recently. It's fairly easy to do, especially if you use canned beans rather than dry.

I can't help with dairy substitutes unfortunately as I can't stand the bloody stuff Grin

@catlady7 I'm beginning to think I that we might live I the same town. Since I recommend the mint chocolate it's been sold out in our local ASDA! Grin
