ds has a dairy allergy and as i'm finally stopping bf i need to start thinking more about the calcium thing. He has one soya yogurt a day but won't touch the milk - and i don't want him having huge amounts of soya anyway - he won't drink rice milk or oat milk either but i have just found out that you can buy tropicana orange juice fortified with calcium, and i know readybrek has added calcium. Just wondered if anyone knew of any other products that randomly have calcium added to them. (he's 22.5 months btw). He does have lots of humous and green leafy veg etc etc but i would feel better if i knew more of his calcium intake was definitly taken care of without thinking about every single meal individually.
