hi so this may sound crazy and probably me just being such a paranoid person but if i ate dairy (e.g chocolate bar) and then lo touched my hands as i forgot to do a quick wash as life is tricky with a baby, could they react to the milk just from skin contact?

also would just like to add she’s been on alfamino for 2 weeks now and we have been told to do a reintroduction of formula when she’s been on it 6 weeks. she’s had little spots on her face even after coming on alfamino which has sent me into paranoid mumma spiral of contact with milk from me/partner or it’s just simple baby acne
