Has anyone stayed at any all inclusive hotels which were really good with allergies?

We recently stayed at Parque La Paz in Tenerife. We had actually only chosen to go bed and breakfast and had a room with a kitchen but the allergy labelling etc in the hotel was so good that we paid for dinner on several nights. My little girl (who I am still breastfeeding) has egg, milk and soya allergies plus Im vegetarian and I still found a choice of foods I could eat! We found eating out difficult and I feel a wasted a lot of time on holiday searching for somewhere to eat!

I've just booked the Costa Botanica hotel in Corfu, all inclusive via Easyjet. Haven't been yet but I sent them an email about my babies allergies (egg, milk and peanut) and they sent a really nice reply to say the restaurant manager would be helping us during our stay, so I'm hopeful!

TUI blue range (but not their tropical hotel in Turkey).

I've just looked at their Portuguese one. It would be no good for the OP as it's adults only but it might suit me!
