Any advice please - my dd was diagnosed at 9 months, now 3 and a half and I thought i had it sussed, seperatee everything and own lunches to nursery etc, but she ssems to still have bouts of much lighter coloured poo. Does any one have totally gluten free household - is this what I need to do? Am worried that some how am damaging her long term.... trying not to go back to hospital as DD has massive phobia.

Is gluten her only allergy? Might there be something else? Does seeing the nutritionist/consultant count as going back to hospital? If so, could you phone them for a chat?

My DD1 had milk & egg white allergy but had horrible poo even when they were totally excluded from her diet. Amazingly she outgrew the severe milk allergy around 4yo (and gained peanut instead!) but she's not as stinky as she was (now 6yo).
