Rash/hives

I woke in the night 2 nights ago and my legs and feet were iching but there was no rash. The following evening whilst watching TV my legs started iching badly but again no rash. I took an antistimine and the itching stopped. 24 hours later the itching came back and I have now come out in a rash on my legs, feet and arms. I have taken another antistimine, although this has taken the itchy Ness off only slighty the rash is still there. I have not changed my wash power or toiltries so have no idea what has caused this. Anyone else experienced this before and any advise

Keep taking the histamines daily. Get some epaderm cream (or similar emollient) to soothe the rashes; or as a substitute, any other soothing cream should help a bit - Nivea cream, something for insect bites/nettles, etc.

Hopefully it will go away tomorrow or in a couple of days. I did have a similar outbreak once, similarly with no apparent cause.

Do you have another patch possibly around your abdomen? Have you felt unwell recently? Looks like pityriasis rosea , have a Google!
Antihistamines and emollient cream will help regardless, hope you feel better soon

Rash and itching has gone again this morning, I will see what happens again tonight when the antistimine has worn off
