Hi
My DC has hay fever, starting to worry ahead of the season. The DC is 5, and I've never used eye drops for her wonder if they are safe for that age? She wouldn't have let me anyway before but think this year she would be ok.

Don't know about eyedrops but last year I started early with the antihistamine, 1st Hand to be exact abc if made a huge difference to my summer.

My ds had them (opticrom) prescribed at 3yo. He needed holding down the first few times but then took it in his stride. I had to start using them myself a few years ago and they do help quite quickly so she should feel the benefit which will help!
