2 year old hives

Hello

Looking some advice.

I've a 2 year old and the last few weeks she has broken out in hives. Usually non itchy ones but they are all over her arms and legs. None on her torso.
She hasn't had any change in food or clothing or washing products.
I haven't used any new cleaning products and it appeared before we put up the Xmas decorations so it's not that.
I've seen a Dr 3 times and the last time blood tests were done which indicated she was fighting off a virus which was causing the hives.
No other symptoms no temperature or vomiting or anything eating drinking and toileting well.

But we spent the last 4 days at my sister in laws and the hives totally cleared up.
Same for when we stayed with my parents 2 weeks ago. So it's making me think it's something at home.

Any ideas what I should do? I'm getting a deep clean done soon by professional cleaners and I'm going to get a drs appt soon as I can but should we be seeing an allergist or someone else instead?

She does have eczema which is pretty mild.
