Out of curiosity, I was just wondering when you've been re-introducing foods what symptoms you put up with as your LO's 'system getting used to it' and when / if you decided that enough was enough and took them off the food again.
I began re-introducing dairy to my 15mo dd's diet a week ago. So far we have been through diarhoea, constipation, mild torso rash and lots of wind and bloating. When I stopped BF and began eating dairy again I had all of the above so my feeling is that we ride this one out for a while and see if things change.
Also, she is/was very sensitive to wheat (gluten?) when I was BF. Any recommendations as to how long to leave it between re-introducing dairy and wheat? We see the gastro at the end of April so not sure whether to try both before then or not.
