Is this an allergy rash?

Myself, husband and daughter have this rash… doctors say it’s a viral rash but we’ve had it come and go since September. Anyone seen this rash before? Over arms and stomach mainly. To add it’s itchy!

Looks like bites

From the pic it doesn't look like hives/urticaria which is the typical allergy rash (though is mostly not allergy related, just to confuse things!).

It does look more like bites.

If you've all got it and you don't know what it is, I'd treat for scabies first up. Then you can rule it out, at least.

Did you get to the bottom of this rash? I have something similar going on !
