Nappy pic, is this blood?

Hello! Do you think this looks like blood in my 3month old breastfed baby nappy? We thought he may have had cmpa and eliminated it for weeks but no difference. Been back on dairy for about a month now and noticed this in his nappy this morning! Any ideas? Thank you!

it wasn't hair or the nappy it was kind of mucusy and came apart when I put the wipe in it
