Private Allergy test

Would like to book myself a private allergy test to test many different foods for allergy / intolerance.

Various things have lead up to this with my body / diet / constipation issues.

Googled but lots of "sponsored" results came up and i don't know which to trust. Willing to pay. Has anyone had any good experiences with an allegy test / recommend any providers?

Was it a home test or do you have to book an appointment near you?

Are you having allergy symptoms or intolerance symptoms?

Constipation doesn't suggest allergy, and intolerances cannot be tested for, so you'd need to do an exclusion diet to work out what causes the problems.
