So anytime I eat crisps my lips go like this. I'm not sure if this is some kind of allergic reaction or just a reaction from an ingredient (maybe salt?) in the crisps?

It doesn't hurt but does feel kind of numb and it happens with various brands and various flavours.

I've never known why! Does anyone else get this? What is it?

Yes, especially with salt n vinegar crisps, Pringles leave me looking like I've had lip filler.

Mine goes down after a few hours, but then the skin peels off.

I assumed it was the salt.

It's dehydration because of the salt content. Crisps are awful for salt

Yes, I have this reaction to anything with vinegar in it. Have been caught out before with hidden vinaigrette in food. In my case it's an allergy.

Yh it just happened to me after eating sour chips with salt in them, getting them exact symptoms lol
