I am looking for recommendations for extensive allergy and intolerance tests - what's the best way to go about it?

I have suffered an autoimmune disease for 13 years and now having coughing and breathing difficulties. I'm really curious to see if there could be an underlying cause.

I don't know about getting testing done privately but could you try cutting the allergens down to see if that helps?

I'd try first with House Dust Mite allergy and see if that improves your health.

If you still need help after that, could you cut out dairy next to see if that's the culprit? It gives me IBS type symptoms but it gives my DSis similar symptoms to you
