Anti reflux milk - what teats?

Hi, have been advised to move to anti reflux milk for our 4 week old but as the milk is so much thicker our current teats aren’t working.
we use dr browns bottles and the only teats that don’t clog up are level 3 but these are for 6m+, is it safe to use these for a 1m old? We have used them for a few bottles and she doesn’t seem to have any issues. Getting through the bottle quite fast but seems happy enough and is helping with reflux. Thanks

Yes, size 3 are fine.
We had the same issue at 6 weeks - SMA Anti Reflux was just too thick for size 1 or 2 teats on Dr Brown bottles so we opted for size 3. DD did drain bottles rather quickly but as long as milk isn't flooding from the mouth and there's minimal coughing / spluttering, crack on. Ignore the 'age range' for teats and go with whatever works for you with your current situation.

Hi

I have recently swapped to HIPP anti reflux and it has made such a difference! We use MAM bottles. With the 2 teat it’s taking him 30mins plus to have 6oz which normally he would do in 15 mins. I have tried the 3 teat and with breaks he’s doing 6oz in less than 10 mins. He’s not coughing, spluttering or spilling and doesn’t seem uncomfortable after a feed. Is this too fast?

Thanks!
