Nutramigen Puramino

My little boy is having to switch from Nutramigen LGG to Nutramigen Puramino. I know Nutramigen LGG you need to use room temp water however with Puramino is this the same or do you do the hot shot method?
For a 6oz bottle would I add 2 oz of hot water to a bottle add the formula, then add cooled boiled water?

Also do you have to measure the water in Oz as I am currently using ml?

Hello I’m sorry I don’t have an answer but also in the same predicament - wondering about the hot shot method!
My little girl was on the lgg and now on the puramino. I have a prep machine but unsure if I can use it. It does give the hot shot but again not sure if I can do that!
