Sore throat

Hi so I've been having issues with my throat since may 30th but it's become really bad since Wednesday this week.
My throat feels like it's burning it really hurts to drink eat and swallow. I'm also salivating alot to Andi need to clear my throat of mucus often. I've two lumps right at the back of my throat and my ears are burning and itchy inside also. It's affecting my sleep also as I'm mouth breathing.
I've tried throat spray, strepsils salt gargle apple cider vinegar gargle normal mouth wash multiple times a day paracetamol saline nasal rinse , antihistamines and in the end rang 111 yesterday as the pain was intense. Nothing came of that can expect a call back from GP any time from tomorrow will Wednesday.

But I'm at a loss as to what is causing this I thought maybe it's hayfever due to pollen bomb but antihistamines have proved useless. My throat feels like it's throbbing it's a bit red but not massively so and I can't see lots of white spots. My glands are swollen at the front of my neck also I'm adding a picture any ideas anyone ? Thanks

Does sound like an allergy. If not hayfever then maybe dust, pets or certain food?
Id suggest trying to cut out some of the common food allergies. They can come on suddenly later in life.

I've got it and it's been horrendous and I'm not sleeping. My throat three nights ago felt like it had glass in it. Mine is hayfever

Clearing my throat in the morning the pheglm is very khaki green so something must be infected somewhere. My throat is normally a bit better in the morning an terrible by bed time but last night it woke me alot and this morning feels likes spikes in my throat when I swallow.

What did they say, mine is productive too even though it's allergy related, absolutely horrible

Hi so I saw a nurse who is oh it's hay fever did a throat swab and told me to get some beconase from the shop. Well that's seemingly impossible as its out of stock pretty much everywhere near us.
It's gotten worse now too my throat isn't improving and I've Woken just now with now what looks like conjunctivitis too green pus oozing from my eye. I feel so awful I literally was gasping to breath after drinking some water. I'm really struggling

I went and had a kenolog injection privately as I just can't cope with it all, hoping that will kick in soon but my eyes are still really sticky and haven't slept properly AGAIN. it's absolutely brutal this year.

I'm sorry your going through it also.
I think your right about it being bad I don't think I've ever actually had any issues with hay fever before now so it must be bad.
Good luck with the injection I've managed to source the beconase so fingers crossed for us both take care
