There are no NICE guidelines for the diagnosis and management of adult allergies. https://www.nice.org.uk/guidance/qs118/chapter/Quality-statement-5-placeholder-Diagnosing-food-allergy-in-adults

Does anyone else have an adult onset (post-menopausal onset) allergy and feel like they are banging their head on a wall?

I currently have Schrodinger's allergy. ige levels are low so I do not have an allergy despite symptoms, I can't do a food challenge because I have symptoms so may have an allergy.
