Reflux help

My little one is 13 weeks old and since 2 weeks old has suffered with terrible reflux and silent reflux. He tried a variety or milks, omeprazol and gaviscon to little effect before being put on lanzoperzol and neocate.
it worked for a while but now the reflux is worse than ever, he os struggling to drink his milk and is only managing 2oz max every few hours. He seems as though he’s absolutely taw in pain as he screams every time he swallows milk , its so cruel to see as he appears starving. We have now ruled out CMPA as we trialled him on normal formula and he didnt react and I know most say that its usually CMPA. Its so cruel to see him in pain we have tried everything including all the reflux things such as upright feeding tilting cot etc but nothing is working. Gp is also at a loss and presibed nutrimigen but as discussed he does not have cmpa. He was saw by a Paediatrician in hospital who initially prescribed the neocate to trial and we are seeing them again this week but im not sure what else they can do. It’s horrendous

any feedback is really appreciated

Hello, first of all, well bloody done for keeping your sanity so far. It is NOT easy.
I had all of this with my DS and it was absolutely hideous. In the end it was caused by a minor posterior tongue tie which was snipped privately at 10 weeks and my god did it make a change. Have you had baby's tongue looked at? We got told his was fine at 3 weeks by the NHS, so it was only after weeks of hell and endless online searching that i went private to get it looked at. Even they said the tie was minor but we got it done and i'm so happy we did. Please do explore that route if you can xx
