free hay fever cure

Hi

I used to get hayfever every summer i needed hayfever tablets and nasal spray symptons were bad.But i don't get it now.Every season april or may i have to change my diet to virtually all organic food and my soap and deoderant spray must have no chemicals.
I can get away with 2 evening meals with some pesticide food a week,its a vegan diet with raw vegetables eg spinach and brocoli,lettuice,tomato carrots.
i have been on it for 15 or 16 years.
Its 100% gone now.If i change my diet in hayfever season the symptoms takes 4 days to wear off .
One year i changed my diet and still had symptoms because i forgot to change my soap to none chemical.
One years i gave my former meal pesticide grapes a good wash but still had symptoms
Its worth a try and it tells me that the pesticides in my food and chemicals in my soap gave me hayfever.Hope this info helps,John

Maybe you have a pesticide allergy rather than hayfever 🙃

Changing to organic food isn't free, and unless you're applying a perfect vacuum to your armpits, your deodorant has chemicals.

Can you explain how the deodorant you use on your pits interacts with dust or pollen you breathe in for some months of the year but not others?

I only like to use none chemical deoderants i use this pitrok.I have used it for so many years now i have forgotten if it was an issue.The soap was,one year.I have not had hayfever for more than a few days now for 15 years.

No i can't,but if i didn't increase my organic food to close to 100% i would suffer bad in my eyes and nose.I used to use nasal spray and tablets which cost alot of money.

I can see why this would work - if I eat a lot of sugar, I get hayfever badly for a few days. As soon as I clean up my diet a bit, it gets a lot better. I think it's about trying to take some of the inflammation out of your system where you can

organic food is grown with stronger pesticides than non organic food. All soap and deodorants are made of chemicals - your post makes no sense

There's no such thing as "non-chemical" unless you are in a hard vacuum.
