SMA althera

Baby has just been prescribed SMA althera due to a cows milk allergy but not tolerating it well at all. Any tips on how to get them to take it? Can you mix with a little oat milk? I tried some and it tastes so bitter in compassion to normal formula.

Hey there! My 3m old has just started it. My dietician told me to slowly reduce my other formula and replace it with scoops of the SMA. I’m currently doing 70% normal and 30% new to see how he tolerates it!
They also suggested drops of vanilla extract (check it’s alcohol free), which we have been adding to the bottles.

Yea like the PP said, try vanilla essence or Nesquik.
