egg free christmas pudding recipe?

ds is allergic to eggs and nuts .I would love to make a xmas pudding,leaving the nuts out is easy,have tried egg placement stuff and don't really like it,has anyone got any suggestions?

I've used one of his for gluten free christmas cake which used chestnut puree and it was scrumtastic - noone knew it was gluten free!
