I feel ridiculous asking this and I’m probably being stupid but I cut out dairy and soya 3 days ago and have felt rubbish all day today! has anyone had any negative side effects when first cutting out dairy completely?
I normally consume a lot of dairy, milk with cereal, butter, cheese, yoghurts, creamy sauces and LOTS of chocolate every day 😂
Today I’ve felt exhausted, got a bad headache, felt nauseous on and off and have a really unsettled feeling in my abdomen. I’m probably just coming down with something but wondered if anyone else has any ideas? 😁
