Hi wondering if anyone has tried symprove for their gut health ? It’s a hefty monthly price tag so looking for real experiences. I get a lot of gas and bloating and am tweaking my diet but am aware that so much of our general health is affected by gut health so I’m keen to try and help mine if I can. I’ve been taking tablet prebiotics but no real difference

I have been looking at trying it, it was recommended by my dietican but I'm waiting for a diagnosis for my gut issues first before I try it. Tablet prebiotics/probiotics haven't helped me either 😔

If you are intolerant to something Symprove isn't going to help you. I'd try an elimination plan if you haven't. I used to suffer from awful bloating and stomach pain and i figured out the culprits were wheat and onions.

Thanks @CraigDavid im currently eliminating cows milk eggs and soy products which has helped a bit but had amplified that beans and root vegetables are very poorly digested by me I know this now as I’ve had to pretty much go vegan as I don’t eat meat however I feel my general gut health needs building up and I’m hoping symprove could do that

I tried it to help with bloating and mild stomach discomfort (and a less than perfect diet!). It hasn’t fully ‘cured’ my issues but seems to have lessened them. Most interestingly/ unexpectedly I think it’s made me a lot more positive in my general outlook. Nothing else had particularly changed in the last 12 weeks, if anything life has got harder but I am feeling a lot more positive. I’m now renewing my subscription after 12w trial. PM me if you’d like a £20 discount voucher(although I’m sure lots are available on the internet)

I tried it for 3 months two years ago and it helped my symptoms massively - calmed my stomach, no more bloating, wind or discomfort after eating certain foods - an elimination diet was not necessary and I could go back to eating whatever I wanted without pain or nausea. Flat stomach too !! I’m thinking of starting it up again as my symptoms are returning (for me it seems to be linked to prolonged stress combined with poor dietary choices I’ve recently discovered ).

I’m considering taking it all year round. I have no connection or affiliation with the company who make Symprove, I just rate the product from personal experience.
